Turnkey Super provides SMSF accounting and administrative services and access to tools to assist trustees in managing their self-managed superannuation fund.

Turnkey Super does not provide financial product advice and does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).

To use our Services, you must:

• be at least 18 years old
• be an Australian resident
• be a trustee or director of a corporate trustee of an SMSF, or authorised to act on behalf of one

You are responsible for ensuring your SMSF complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Our Services include:

• SMSF accounting and administration
• reporting and document generation
• tools, calculators and data aggregation
• integrations with third-party financial products and services

All tools, calculators and outputs are illustrative only and do not constitute financial product advice, a recommendation or an offer of any financial product.

All information provided through the Services is general in nature and does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs.

You acknowledge that:

• Turnkey Super does not provide financial product advice
• you are solely responsible for your financial decisions
• you should seek advice from an Australian Financial Services licensee where appropriate

You must:

• provide accurate and complete information
• keep your login credentials secure
• notify us of any unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Turnkey Super charges a fixed annual fee for its Services, as disclosed on our website.

• Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our fees by providing reasonable notice

Our Services may allow you to connect with or access third-party financial products or services.

You acknowledge that:

• we do not recommend or endorse any third-party providers
• we do not provide any opinion on their suitability
• your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions

We are not responsible for the performance, availability or accuracy of third-party services.

You are responsible for:

• ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
• reviewing all reports and outputs generated
• complying with all legal and regulatory obligations relating to your SMSF

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

You consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your information as described in that policy.

All content, software and materials in the Services are owned by or licensed to Turnkey Super.

You may not:

• copy, modify or distribute our content
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• use the Services for unlawful purposes

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted access
• error-free operation
• availability at all times

We may suspend or modify the Services at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we exclude all liability for any loss arising from your use of the Services
• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss
• our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to indemnify Turnkey Super against any claims, losses or liabilities arising from:

• your breach of these Terms
• your use of the Services
• your failure to comply with applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

• you breach these Terms
• we are required to do so by law

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
